Following SFA’s application process, Bis Henderson Academy is delighted to announce it has been successfully approved as a certified Training Provider under the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers Scheme (ROATP).
From 1st May 2017, those businesses with an annual payroll bill in excess of £3 million will see their payroll costs increase by 0.5%. As a formal provider, Bis Henderson Academy will provide bespoke approved qualification standards to Levy paying employers in the supply chain and logistics sector.
Apprenticeships and skills minister Robert Halfon said:
“Our new register of apprenticeship providers will mean that only organisations that have passed our quality assurance can deliver apprenticeships.
We are giving employers the confidence to do business with high quality training providers, and making sure that individuals can benefit from gold-standard routes as they climb the ladder of opportunity.”
Following the green light, Bis Henderson Academy endeavours to continue to support clients and partners in understanding the Apprenticeship Levy and their individual skills needs. We will then work together with businesses to implement the best strategy for unlocking value from levied funds.
Bis Henderson Group’s CEO Andy Kaye said about the announcement:
“I am delighted that Bis Henderson Academy has been awarded this approval and believe it really recognises the hard work, investment and commitment we have put into establishing this business to provide the industry with much needed talent development and training provision”.
